Preheat the greased iron. Fill one side with batter and then close the waffle iron. Occasionally turn it over and bake the waffles for a few minutes on medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Leuk ijzer om op een herfstachtige dag met de familie wafels te bakken. Ik had een kant en klare mix uit de supermarkt, werkte top. Erg luchtige wafels. Het ijzer wordt loeiheet, dus zorg voor goede handschoenen. Je moet ook niet in een half uur klaar willen zijn, lekker de tijd voor nemen, wat familie uitnodigen en allerlei lekkere toppings klaar zetten. Super leuk!

Dit is echt een leuke pan om mee te experimenteren, natuurlijk de lekkere zoete wafels die keer op keer geweldig lukken. Ook de hartige varianten doen het goed en zelf al een keer oosterse "gehakt wafels" gemaakt. Top kwaliteit!
