      Recipe: Sea bass with asparagus

      Refined and Simple: Exquisite Sea Bass with Asparagus

      Ingredients for 4 people:

      • 2 sea bass
      • Fresh oregano, sage, and tarragon
      • 1 lemon
      • 2 onions
      • 1 red bell pepper
      • 1 yellow bell pepper
      • Handful of cherry tomatoes
      • Fresh flat-leaf parsley
      • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
      • Olive oil
      • 500 grams white asparagus
      • 500 grams green asparagus

       

      Necessary Equipment:

       

      Preparation Time: 45 minutes

       

      Steps:

      1. Light the campfire set/BBQ with a nice stack of logs and let the fire get going well.

      2. Clean the sea bass, make incisions, and fill with fresh oregano, sage, tarragon, and lemon slices. Slice the onions and bell peppers into rings.

      3. Place a layer of onions, bell peppers, and lemon slices at the bottom of the Dutch oven. Lay the stuffed sea bass on top. Add the cherry tomatoes and the rest of the onions and bell peppers. Sprinkle with pepper and fresh flat-leaf parsley.

      4. Place the Dutch oven in the fire and let it cook for about 15 minutes.

      5. Cut the white asparagus into pieces and mix with the green asparagus tips. Season with sea salt and black pepper.

      6. Heat some olive oil in the skillet and cook the asparagus over the fire for about 5 minutes until crispy.


      7. Remove the sea bass from the Dutch oven once it is cooked. Let it rest for a moment.

      8. Serve the sea bass with the crispy asparagus and optionally a creamy puree on the side. Perfect for a relaxed Saturday evening!
