      Recipe: Cinnamon Rolls from the Loaf 'n Bread Dutch Oven

      Ingredients

      • 1 can of croissant dough
      • 1 handful currants
      • Cinnamon
      • Sugar

      Additional requirements

      • Loaf 'n Bread Dutch Oven
      • Parchment paper

      Instructions

      1. Soak the currants in warm, but not boiling, water for 15 minutes.
      2. Roll out the croissant dough into a long rectangular sheet and sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon over the dough.
      3. Drain the currants, pat them dry, and spread them over the dough.
      4. Roll up the dough lengthwise and cut it into 8 equal pieces.
      5. Take the Loaf 'n Bread Dutch Oven, line the inside with parchment paper, and place the rolled-up dough pieces upright in the pan. Make sure to put parchment paper between the dough pieces as well.
      6. Place the Loaf 'n Bread Dutch Oven in a barbecue at 190 degrees Celsius, or place briquettes under the pan and on the lid. Check after 15-20 minutes if the dough is cooked. Let it cook a bit longer if necessary.
