Very handy with this recipe: The Windmill Pigtail

      Ingredients for 4 people:

      • 600 g onglet
      • 4 tablespoons butter
      • 2 tablespoons rub (of your choice)
      • 800 g potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
      • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
      • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
      • 200 g green beans, cleaned
      • 1 large onion, chopped
      • 2 carrots, sliced thinly
      • 2 tomatoes, diced
      • Salt and pepper to taste

      Preperation:

Do you want to try something different with a beautiful piece of onglet? Start by melting some butter and mixing it with a flavorful rub of your choice. Let the butter cool in the refrigerator until it’s firm enough to spread. Spread a good layer on the onglet and let the meat rest in the refrigerator for an hour.

Get started with the potatoes: cut them into wedges and let them preserve in a skillet with some sunflower oil and garlic. The vegetables – a mix of green beans, onion, carrot, and tomato – can also start simmering over low heat.

That's another way to do it! Sauté the onglet in the Skillet L.

When your barbecue is heated to 200 degrees Celsius, place the skillet with the wedges in it and heat it for 15 minutes. When the wedges are almost done, open the lid of the barbecue to increase the temperature, perfect for grilling the meat to a nice bleu chaud. At an internal temperature of 48 degrees Celsius, it's time to take the meat off the grill. Let it rest for another 10 minutes before slicing.

Just plate everything up and it’s time to eat!

Enjoy your meal and savor this delicious combination!
