The burger was grilled on our cast iron plancha, exactly how we like it: straight over the flames, with full heat on that juicy Picanha. Crispy on the outside, perfectly pink inside.
The Pulled Pork got an extra kick in the The Windmill skillet with two handles, cooked in BBQ sauce until sticky, smoky, and full of flavour.
The result? A flavour bomb that leaves you speechless.
